Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry

Born in Tivoli, graduated in law. His political commitment began in 1996, serving as Provincial Secretary of the Youth Front of the Province of Rome.  In 1998 he was elected Provincial Councillor of the Province of Rome, Councillor for Sport, Culture and Tourism at the Municipality of Ardea in 2005, Regional Councillor of Lazio in 2006, as well as Councillor for Mobility Policies and Local Public Transport in 2010. In 2012 he was among the founders of the Fratelli d'Italia Party, in which he served as National Head of Organization from 2013 to 2018. In 2018 he was elected deputy and later group leader in the House. In October 2022, he was sworn in as Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry.
