Press release n. 10 of the 13/10/2020 17.11.45

With a combination of previews and in-depth events, the new edition of TTG Travel Experience is back, re-proposing a series of meetings with the authors of books that have travel and itsexperiences at their leitmotif.

Rimini, 12th October 2019 . The appointment is renewed with TTG Travel Experience, the event that brings together writers and bloggers to describe new ways and new ideas for discovering the world. In the BeActive Arena, located in Hall A4 and entirely dedicated to BeActive, the expo route created ad hoc to promote and highlight active tourism is once more hosting Book&Go, two days of meetings (14-15 October) and preview presentations for an audience of Italian tourism professionals.

Ideas, words and suggestions for tour operators at the Italian Exhibition Group expo, who can make contact with the new generations who move travellers, to fine-tune the offer and narration with emotion. All thanks to the voices of the authors, combining the birth of new contents and new clusters, multi-sensory aspects and subjective interpretation of experiences.

The proceedings will be opened by Marzia Parmigiani and Elina Sindoni, travel bloggers Traveltherapists, the psychology of travel and cinetourism, who will present on Wednesday 14th ´La Casa de Papel: from cinema psychology to travel psychology´, a book written for the fans of the successful TV series created by Álex Pina and proposed by Netflix, a guide to the locations in which the four series were set and shot, from Spain to Italy and from the Philippines to Buenos Aires, passing through Indonesia and much more.

This will be followed by Ornella D´Alessio with ´Slower, greener. Greenways tourism at a walking pace´. In other words, how to win over walkers, even those of the very latest generation, and bikers, who are increasingly numerous, with an idea of tourism and a way of travelling that combines safeguarding the environments with the historical and cultural memory of Italia, which mustn´t be forgotten, but re-launched.

Things proceed with ´Papà Travel Experience. Quando padri e figli diventano coppie in viaggio´ by Beppe Lamberto, who at TTG tells of the needs of a single parent on vacation with his children and by means of the book suggests to the sector professionals some little tricks necessary to conquer this type of traveller.

This first day is closed by its moderator Alberto Cancian, with ´Metti la gioia in valigia. Istruzioni per creare il viaggio che fa stare bene´, a book that intends making readers travel with their minds, but above all with their hearts. ´The Journey of Joy . Asia´ is the journey of happiness in both senses. It is the journey of a person who explores the secrets of Asia and himself in a search for happiness, but also the journey of happiness itself, which shows itself to the traveller/searcher in the intimate sense of every experience.

Thursday 16 opens thanks to the meeting with Claudio Pellizzeni and his book ´Travelling - Listen, observe and slow down: the human face of tourism´, a useful moment of networking with the author for the sector´s trade members interested in conquering the new ‘soul travellers´. Journeys becomes a process of human growth, a mental asset, with the art of travelling that is learnt directly on the road, in contact people and highly varied cultures.
After this, the attention for Italy from the voices of Nicoletta Sala and Agnese Sabatini with ´Destination Italy, the thousand voices of Italy that does good work´. Useful info and ideas on 300 places to visit throughout the peninsula, the preview of a special not-for-profit guide that involved 191 bloggers to relaunch domestic tourism and help Italy in this difficult period. All the proceeds connected with the copyrights of this work are in fact destined to Emergency and its activities.

The series of Book&Go meetings is concluded by Winki, at TTG Travel Experience this year to moderate the second day, with ´The angel´s walk at the time of the Corona´. The writer/traveller already has numerous books to his credit dedicated to ´soul travel´ in Australia and Indonesia and at TTG 2020 is presenting his latest work, the result of a long journey on foot throughout spiritual Italy. A trek begun during the quarantine and ended in the summer.
