The initiative within TTG where the Italian tourism offer (national and local institutions, public bodies, incoming tour operators, accommodation facilities, tourism services, etc.) meets the main international buyers from over 70 countries through a dedicated Buyer Programme.




Every year at TTG Travel Experience a thousand operators from 70 countries are selected.

Those who join the ITALIA programme are decision makers who have direct responsibility in purchasing (purchasing manager, product manager, contract manager, owners, directors, CEO) for the following categories:

Buyer registration and matchmaking software connects supply and demand in a targeted manner allowing buyers and sellers to create an appointment book.

Networking and targeted business

The appointment system makes participation in the event worthwhile and takes place online in a reserved area of the site. My Agenda by TTG will be active in the month preceding the event and is reserved for selected buyers and exhibitors in the Italy Area.

How it works

Buyers fill in the profiling form. Sellers fill in the offer form. After filling in the form directly from their reservated area  they can contact the operators present, selecting them thanks to an effective search engine. Once the appointments have been confirmed, the system generates an agenda that allows the buyer to arrive at the fair with a precise schedule of meetings at the stands.

At the fair, appointments last about 20 minutes each.

When and where does it take place?

It takes place on 9 October from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Halls D5/D6.

What is it?   

It is the time of speed dates where all buyers meet Italian exhibitors before the start of the stand meetings. A way to complete the online agenda or identify new proposals to be explored during the days of the fair.    

Each buyer will have their own personalised desk where they will meet interested exhibitors without pre-scheduled meetings.

Each meeting has a maximum duration of approximately 10 minutes. It is important to respect this time limit and in turn to make the exhibitor sitting opposite you respect it, so as not to distort the speed dates character of the event.

A cafeteria service will be available for buyers in the Meet&Match area.
