Online registration is required to access the show. 

Access is permitted only to industry professionals.

The show is reserved exclusively for industry professionals, so the accompanying person must also be accredited and work within the industry.

Yes, they may be admitted.

A company business card is all you need. 

Yes, the entry ticket is valid for the three days of the show.

Yes, you may.

It is not compulsory to present the ticket in paper format. You can show your entry ticket in digital format from the Tourism&Hospitality HUB event app, which you can simply access by logging in with the details you used to register for the show. DOWNLOAD THE APP HERE

Children are permitted entry, subject to completion of a waiver (online link coming soon), which must be presented at the ticket office to obtain an entry ticket. 

Small dogs on a lead and with a muzzle are permitted. 

You can send a written request to booking_gruppi@iegexpo.it . 4th and 5th grade classes of secondary schools are permitted to visit, only on the last day of the show. 

Yes, you can register as a Content Creator by selecting SPECIALISED MEDIA as the main activity and CONTENT CREATOR as the detailed activity.

Visitors can park in the parking areas around the exhibition centre and pay the following charges:

Car: €18,00 per parking space.
Motorhomes/vans: €20,00 per parking space.
Buses: €30,00 per parking space.
Mopeds/Motorcycles: €0,00 (free)

Parking spaces cannot currently be booked.

PAY IN CASH
Pick up your ticket at the car park entrance and go to the manned or automatic cashiers at the fairground entrances. You can pay on arrival to skip the queue at the cash desk!

Keep the ticket to exit.

PAY WITH TELEPASS
In car parks SOUTH 1-3 and WEST 3-4-5, you can pay automatically for parking with your Telepass device.

TTG Travel Experience proposes an exhibition route divided into three macro areas with the aim of helping to bring together tourism supply and demand: 

• Italy Area: the area representing the largest meeting place for Italy's tourism offer in the world, to do business within seven halls dedicated to incoming tour operators, destinations and service providers.
   
• The World Area: the area focused on the main international destinations interested in developing business with tourism product intermediaries in three dedicated halls.
   
• Global Village Area: four halls that bring together the offer of tour operators and tourism products and services companies aimed at the distribution network.

Every year, the three areas host exhibition spaces dedicated to international destinations and product focuses:
 

• BeActive: the project that brings together proposals ranging from sports tourism to slow, nature and sustainable tourism dedicated to Italy as a destination.
   
• Nautical Tourism: new for 2024, the nautical tourism cluster will present the business categories centred around the wealth offered by the sea.
   
• African Village: the group area showcasing all the operators and destinations specialising in Sub-Saharan Africa.

There is a cloakroom service near the entrances open for the event. 

There are bars and catering services in the exhibition centre.

3. Order and pay easily from your mobile using a credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. You can receive the receipt via email or request an invoice on the website saltalacassa.it
4. Go directly to the counter and pick up your order.

Yes, the free IEG.FREEWIFI network is available in the restaurant and conference room areas.
