Admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court in Rome, former member of Studio Ripa di Meana, he is Co-founder in 2000 of Studio Lucarelli & partners, specialized in consulting and assistance to Italian and foreign tourism companies. Since 2008 he has been Professor of Tourism Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Since 2009 he has been a consultant for Fiavet - Federazione Italiana Associazioni di Imprese Viaggi e Turismo. Former member of the Legal Committee of ECTAA - European Travel Agents' and Tour Operators' Associations", Board Member of the Amavet Group and Member of the European Court of Arbitration - Italian Delegation. Legal Advisor of the FOGAR Consortium - Guarantee Fund for Insolvency and Bankruptcy of Tour Operators and Travel Agencies. Member of ministerial and regional Commissions and Technical Tables for the drafting of legislation on tourism. Member of the Editorial Board of the Italian Journal 'Diritto del Turismo', Ed. Franco Angeli and author of essays and publications.
