In the early days I worked in all the ‘basic’ roles in large luxury hotels in Venice, from cleaner, laundry, night porter to head of reception. Hotel manager for 15+ years and now also a consultant for start-ups in travel and accommodation. I am passionate about sharing knowledge and strategies for the world of travel.
My field of research is mainly about the adoption of neuromarketing as a holistic approach in accommodation management and the practical application of its models empowered by technologies (AI, automation, blockchain, Web3 and Metaverse) to grow their business.
In 2022 I founded Travel Empact, an innovative laboratory for sharing knowledge related to neuromarketing, automation and artificial intelligence and collaborate with many experts in the travel and tech industry. In the same year I was one of the first in the world to distribute a hotel reservation in NFT. In 2024 my first book ‘NeurHotel’, dedicated to these fascinating topics, came out.
