With a degree in marketing and communication, in his first professional experience he created from scratch (and managed for 10 years) the customer service of one of Italy's leading tour operators. 
He then dedicated himself to business development by coordinating the sales network, management client relations and following the special projects of the company that quickly became the second largest tour operator in Italy.
In 2021 she was one of the founders of creo, a tour operator specialising in tailor-made solutions, and became its marketing and sales director.
