Full Professor of Administrative Law at the European University of Rome, Coordinator of the three-year course in Tourism and Territorial Development.
He is a lawyer, specializing in the areas of substantive and procedural administrative law, urban planning and construction, transportation, accounting, and European policies and funds with a focus on the tourism sector.
Member of the Board of Lecturers of the PhD in Comparative and International Public Law at Sapienza University of Rome.
Responsible for numerous national and international scientific projects and international cooperation agreements.
Member of the editorial board of publishing series and law journals.
She is the author of 4 books and more than 120 publications in Italian and international journals as well as the editor of several volumes including the collective volumes on “Territories and Institutions” and “Tourism and Territories. Problems and prospects for sustainable development.”
