From Modena, he graduated from the Palazzo Spinelli school of restoration in Florence, specializing in the restoration of paper and membranous materials. In 1988 he took over the three oldest bookstores in Modena, creating Librerie Panini, which he ran for more than a decade. She then joined the publishing house Franco Cosimo Panini Editore, founded by her father and, in 2007, she took over the leadership of the company together with her siblings Laura, Silvia, Lucia and Luca, holding the position of editorial director.
In 2014, within the publishing house she established the Museum Projects Division, with the aim of aggregating the multiple skills present in the company and offering museums a complete and transversal range of services.
