A priest since 1978, he has been episcopal vicar for Economic Administration at the Curia of Lecce since 2018. Since 2021, he has been president of the Splendor Fidei ETS Foundation, a third-sector entity created by the Archdiocese of Lecce to keep alive the artistic and cultural excellence of the area through protection and enhancement activities and territorial research and promotion initiatives.
